1885- House built for Judge James C. Kerwin and family. James Kerwin married Helen Lawson, the daughter of P. V. Lawson, a local merchant and manufacturer. The Kerwin family includes 4 daughters; two did not marry. Alice and Doris Kerwin, his daughters that did not marry, lived in the home until the 1950s. Mr. Kerwin was the City Clerk for the City of Neenah and was also the City Attorney. In 1904, he was elected to the State Supreme Court for two terms. 1955- Vacant for three years 1958- Richard Kelly resides 1959- House turned into a duplex for 6 years 1967- Roland Coerper resides 1970 - Steven Weber resides 1973 - Dr E Killiam, a veterinarian, resides 1988- Eileen Gesicki resides for 1 year 1992- Ruth and Wayne Streck move in and reside today
